The Business Book Awards celebrate the work of authors who have shared their industry or market knowledge, experience and expertise in published book form.

Entries for the Business Book Awards 2026 are open for all business books published between 1st January 2025 & 31st December 2025.

The deadline for entry is Sunday 15th March 2026, with print copies of each book to be in our receipt by Monday 30th March 2026 in order for judging to begin.

To enter, simply complete this entry form. Once you have completed your online submission please send FOUR copies of your book to be used in the judging process (address listed below).

There is an entry fee of £80 (+ VAT) for each book entered. Every book submitted will be showcased on our website and promoted across our social media channels.

Authors and published entered will be invited to attend the 2026 Shortlist Reveal Party, taking place on Tuesday 14th April 2026 in London.

All shortlisted authors are expected to attend The Business Book Awards Gala Dinner event on Wednesday 16th September 2026 in London.

2026 Award Categories
  • Start-Up/Scale Up - Books that support, encourage, or inspire entrepreneurs how to get their business up and running or onto the next stage.
  • Sales & Marketing - Books that offer guidance and information around sales and/or marketing in today’s business environment.
  • People, Culture & Management - Books focused on improving people skills, management and working environments.
  • Diversity, Inclusion & Equality - Books that promotes the importance of diversity, inclusion and equality in business and beyond.
  • Change & Sustainability - Books that explore how technology, innovation or best practice can improve business or the environment.
  • Leadership - Books that develop or inspire leadership skills and styles for positive impact.
  • Business Self-Development - Self-development books that give individuals the practical business skills to become better at what they do.
  • Work & Life - Self-help books that offer insights and knowledge to help individuals balance their work and home lives.
  • Wellness & Wellbeing - Books that aim to improve the physical, emotional and mental health of people in business.
  • Short Business Book - Small format or short-form business books that perfectly present their subjects with brevity and clarity.
  • Specialist Business Book - Books aimed at a niche readership or specific type or area of business.
  • Business Journey - International books that are biographies, autobiographies and other personal stories that inspire and inform business people (UK and international authors are eligible to enter).
  • Smart Thinking - Books that introduce new ideas or cast new light on old subjects, challenging and improving the way we think, work and live (UK and international authors are eligible to enter).
  • International Business Book - Influential business books from around the world (for non-UK authors).
  • Business Book Of The Year 2026 - To be picked from the category winners.
